Background<\/strong><\/h2>

A global bank commissioned 3-core to organise two exercises, one simulating an emergency situation and one simulating a crisis situation. In this way, the existing plans are supposed to be tested. Following the exercises, an evaluation will be carried out by 3-core GmbH to identify potential for improvement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Solution<\/strong><\/h2>

We started the implementation process by reviewing the business continuity plan and the crisis management manual. After the review, feedback was provided on the plans.<\/p>

A script for the exercise was developed and additional coordination meetings followed to ensure that the scenario met the client’s expectations. Finally, it was decided to conduct a discussion-based exercise as it empowers the team to reflect on critical decisions based on realistic scenarios and review the plans.<\/p>

Finally, a report was written summarising the key aspects of the exercise. This included a description of the scenarios, observations made during the exercise, potential for improvement and the resulting findings and recommendations to optimise the processes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
