Background<\/strong><\/h2>

A leading global tool manufacturer hired us to analyse and optimise their business continuity management (BCM) and emergency management system. The aim was to determine the current status of these systems, identify weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement. This included a site inspection with a focus on critical infrastructure in order to identify potential risks and optimisation potential in ongoing operations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Solution<\/strong><\/h2>

The collaboration started with a structured review and analysis of all relevant documents and processes of the customer, based on the BSI standard 200-4 and the international standard ISO 22301. This analysis helped to identify existing differences and potential for improvement.<\/p>

Afterwards, we carried out a detailed site inspection of the production facilities. The focus was on existing BCM measures, in particular important infrastructure elements such as the combined heat and power plant and the data centre. This inspection enabled us to assess the resistance and resilience of the infrastructure on site and identify potential weaknesses.<\/p>

The results and deviations from the standard as well as individual recommendations for optimisation were collected in a structured table and presented to the responsible stakeholders. Finally, we produced a report that not only documented the results and recommendations, but also ensured the suggested measures could be implemented.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
