Background<\/strong><\/h2>

As part of the development of a new BCM system, our client wanted to identify, evaluate and implement effective BC strategies. Effective BC solutions were to prevent or significantly reduce risks.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Solution<\/strong><\/h2>

First, we familiarised ourselves with the business impact analyses and the risk analysis to gain an overview of all risks. After analysing all risks individually, 3-core developed suitable BC strategies. It was important for us to maintain a balance between costs and benefits.<\/p>

Finally, we presented the project results to the management in a presentation to ensure transparent communication and a joint evaluation of the identified strategies and solutions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
