Background<\/strong><\/h2>

Our client needed support in carrying out risk analyses for their \u2018build-up\u2019 BCM system. Various resource categories were to be assessed for each previously defined hazard.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Solution<\/strong><\/p>

The resource categories and relevant hazards were defined in consultation with the client. Using reliable sources and extensive research, we were able to determine the individual frequency of occurrence of a resource failure and the corresponding extent of damage in a fictitious worst-case scenario.<\/p>

During this, the risks were categorised and the corresponding need for action was determined.<\/p>

We summarised the results and collected data in a detailed report that contained clear recommendations for optimising processes and resource management in emergency operations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
