Background<\/strong><\/h2>

An international energy company realised that its communication strategy had room for improvement and approached us with this request. In order to work specifically on the existing weak points, internal feedback was to be obtained on how communication is currently being carried out. The aim is to gain a clear picture of the existing communication structures in order to further develop the strategy in a focused and effective manner.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Solution<\/strong><\/h2>

As a first step in this project, a questionnaire was developed together with our customer in order to specifically identify the existing challenges and requirements.<\/p>

Afterwards, individual interviews were conducted with the process owners. As this is an international customer, the interviews were performed in both German and English. The interviews focussed on the needs and the current status quo of the communication of security topics. The information gathered was documented in a summarised table and presented to our client.<\/p>

Based on the findings, a communication concept was developed for the corporate security area. In this concept, the identified gaps in the existing communication were addressed and solutions were formulated to make the communication processes more effective in the future.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
