Background:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The customer planned the establishment of a BCM according to ISO 22301 with subsequent certification. During this, 3-core GmbH was asked to provide technical support for the establishment of the BCM with workshops and expertise and subsequently to check the emergency and crisis management organization by means of scenarios and exercises.<\/p>\n

Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In coordination with the client, a comprehensive project plan was first developed, considering all milestones from the execution of the risk analysis to the creation of business impact analyses and an emergency and crisis team organization. In the process, 3-core regularly planned workshops on the individual topics, developed templates in coordination with the customer and provided technical advice regarding the definition of key figures. Once established, workshops to optimize crisis teamwork and exercises on a wide range of crisis scenarios were developed by 3-core and conducted with the client’s crisis team.<\/p>\n
