Review of site security
Background:
The customer owns several power plants in Germany that are classified as critical infrastructure under the IT Security Act and the BBK.
Solution:
Site visits were carried out at several power plants, with risk exposure being determined with both the Group Security team and plant management on the basis of internal guidelines. Based on this, the plants’ security concepts were evaluated and security gaps identified. 3-core GmbH reviewed the sites, optimized the security concepts and made recommendations to improve security on site. During this project, 3-core aimed to develop smart and customized improvement concepts for each power plant.
